Two versions, one with the caption "By Balloon. Durch Luftballon", the other without.
"Leaflet by Captain Mitchell quoting and writing up figures from German newspapers showing how on the one hand the working classes are being starved and having to pay excessive prices for what they can get in the way of food and clothes, whilst Banks, war manufacturers and so forth are making enormous fortunes. The war is exploiting the poor for the benefit of the rich, and the soldiers are fools to go on with it."
