| Additional Information |
| PWE Cairo leaflet T.4 was intended by Joint Operational Staff as a scare to Italian troops already on the retreat from Geddahia; it was meant to induce any units that may be cut of immediate control of the Italian Command to keep their transport from the Germans and to use it to get to Tripoli Port as quickly as possible on the off chance of evacuation by sea. (The Young Fascists were believed to be disliked and despised by the Italian regulars). |
